We want you (and your pets!) to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Returns You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used by pets, unless the item is faulty. Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo and your order number. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Non-Returnable Items Some items cannot be returned, including: Used pet products Items damaged due to normal wear and tear Gift cards (if applicable) Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know the outcome.
