Friendly customer service
Animals have always held a special place in my life. For much of my life, I found it easier to bond with dogs than with people. They offered companionship, comfort and a kind of connection that asked for nothing in return.
That connection gave me a genuine love for animals and an appreciation for their comfort and wellbeing. It's one of the reasons I created PurrFetch — to bring together thoughtfully chosen products that help our dogs and cats feel comfortable, happy and at home.
Customer care is just as important to me. I want you to feel confident shopping with PurrFetch and to know there is a real person behind the store. If you have a question or would like some help before making a purchase, please get in touch — I'm always happy to help. And if you need support after your order, I'll be here for that too.
Because they give us so much, they deserve a little luxury too.

Keep your cat’s litter box clean effortlessly! Our self-cleaning tray saves time, controls odors, and keeps your home fresh.
Track your cat’s adventures with ease. Lightweight, precise, and designed to keep your pet safe wherever they roam.
An automatic litter tray is a self-cleaning litter box designed to make life easier for both you and your cat. After your cat uses it and steps away, built-in sensors activate a gentle cleaning cycle that separates waste into a sealed compartment, leaving fresh litter behind. This helps keep the tray consistently clean without daily scooping.
Yes. Automatic litter trays help keep the litter consistently clean, reduce odours, and save time compared to scooping by hand. Many owners find their homes smell fresher and daily maintenance is much easier.
Yes. The tray is designed with built-in safety sensors that continuously monitor movement. If your cat re-enters or approaches during a cleaning cycle, the system automatically pauses to prevent any risk. Your cat's safety and comfort always come first.
Most cats transition easily to an automatic litter tray. To help them adjust, simply place it where their old tray was and let them approach it naturally.
Some cats use it immediately, while others may need a little time — but with gentle encouragement and familiarity, the vast majority adapt without any issues.
For the best performance, we recommend using a good-quality clumping cat litter. This helps the tray clean efficiently and keeps the litter fresh.
Non-clumping, crystal, or pellet litters may not work properly unless the product instructions clearly state they are compatible.
If the power goes out, the tray simply pauses and will resume normal operation once power is restored. During that time, it can still be used as a regular litter tray until the cleaning cycle restarts.
